PS30
PS-30 is a stainless steel passivation liquid, designed to be used after Acid etching of all the Stainless Steel of the 300 group.
Chemical Composition
- Citric Acid Salts.
- Catalyst Adetives.
- Non-lonic Detergent.
Instructions for use:
- Clean the part from oil and dirt.
- Dip or brush the PS-30 liquid for at least 30-60 minutes.
- Wash with running water, hot water and let dry in air.
Safety Instructions:
Use plastic gloves.
In case of body contact with PS-30 wash with plenty of running water.

E25
E-25 is water based liquid designed for treatment of stainless steel surface after welding, heat treatments and mechanical polishing. E-25 removes contaminants such as: heavy carbon oxides and rust. It is cleaning and preventing corrosion.
E-25 changes or dulling in the visual brightness of the surface.
E-25 is designed to be used for all the SS 304, 316, PH-17-4 and PH-15-5.
E-25 is not suitable for SS 303.
Comply with ASTM – A380 standard
Suitable as a preparation treatment for ASTM - A967, QQ-P-35C, AMS-PS 2700 standards compliance.
Chemical Composition
- Diluted nitric acid
- Fluoric acid salts
- Non-ionic, chemical solution resistant detergents
Instructions for use:
Clean off oils and dirt from the stainless steel surface.
Working temperature should be 20-35°C
Dip the parts for 5 – 60 minutes depending on the surface condition.
Rinse with clean running water till neutralization (pH=7).
Dry with compressed air or clean wiping paper.
Note: Product is ready for use - do not dilute.
Maintenance:
Fill up E-25 in the dipping tank/bath to replace drag-out.
When treatment required results are not obtained within required time you may dip the part for longer time.
If the required results are still not obtained after the extension of time, replace the whole bath with fresh E-25.
Safety Instructions:
Use safety goggles and plastic gloves and protective clothing.
Apply the product in a well-ventilated work place.
In case of body contact, rinse with plenty of running water, seek medical assistance.
In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of running water for at least 5 minutes, seek medical assistance.

Red Aloxside Gel
Aloxide Gel is an aggressive gel used for removing heavy carbon oxides from stainless steel welds, cleaning those welds and passivating all treated surfaces.
The passivation is important for preventing rust that can be created on the
welded part as a result of structural changes caused by heating the stainless steel.
Chemical Composition
- Nitric acid
- Ammonium Bifluoride
- Calcuim Nitrat.
Instructions for use:
Shake the container well before use. Use a narrow brush to spread a layer of
Aloxide Gel over the weld. Leave the gel on the weld for 15-30 minutes – preferably not less than 10 minutes so that the weld receives full passivation.
Brush and rinse off all the gel with water using a plastic brush.
In difficult cases, repeat the process or leave the gel on the weld for an hour or two.
Important:
Do not dilute the gel.
Do not spread the gel on hot metal after debarring, welding or any other mechanical work.
It is advisable not to spread the gel on surfaces that are exposed to direct sunlight as the chemical reaction will be too fast.
Safety Instructions:
Use rubber, plastic or neoprene gloves and wear full facial protection with a safety mask.
If gel comes into contact with eye or skin, wash off with large amounts
of water.

D100
Uses
D-100 is a solution designed for aggressive removal of rust from stainless steel surfaces.
Chemical Composition
- Phosphoric acid
- Potassium and sodium salts of nitric acid
- Anionic and non-ionic detergents
- Organic solvents
Directions
- Clean off oils and dirt from the stainless steel.
- Spread, dip or spray the part with D-100
- Leave for 10-30 minutes.
- Rinse off with running water, and dry.
NB No diluted agent of any kind should be added to D-100.
Safety
- D-100 is suitable for cleaning stainless steel in the Foodstuffs Industry on condition that complete rinsing is performed following use of the product.
- Use rubber, plastic or neoprene gloves. Wear rubber boots and full facial protection with a safety mask.
- If splashed on eyes or skin, wash off with large amounts of running water.

Dresidol
Dresidol is designed for removing light rust, oil stain, scale and various types of dirt and grime from stainless steel surfaces.
Chemical Composition
- Phosphoric acid and other phosphates.
- Organic detergents.
- Organic emulgators.
- Stabilizers and inhibitors.
Instructions for use:
Brush, spray or spread the liquid on the treated surface.
Leave for 10-30 minutes.
Rinse off with running water, and dry.
Safety Instructions:
Dresidol is suitable for cleaning stainless steel in the Foodstuffs Industry on condition that complete rinsing is performed following use of the product.
Dresidol is a mild acidic liquid .Use rubber, plastic or neoprene gloves. Wear full facial protection with a safety mask.

Spray 85 STAINLESS STEEL CLEANER & BRIGHTENER
Spray for the cleaning, brightening and protecting stainless steel, aluminum, chrome and other metal surfaces.
Cleans wood and plastic furniture. Polishes non-greasy, fingerprint, rust and water stain resistant film.
Instructions:
- Shake well before use.
- Spray on the metal surface.
- Wipe with clean and dry cloth until surface is dry and bright.
CAUTION! Spray contents under pressure! Keep Away from children! Store in cool place, do not puncture or incinerate.
